As a crucial member of our team, you will be responsible for fostering and maintaining strong client relationships, understanding their staffing needs, and ensuring our services meet their expectations.

This role is vital in expanding our local and national accounts while representing our commitment to excellence in technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow existing client relationships within the Technology and IT sector.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our client portfolio through proactive outreach.
  • Understand clients' technical staffing requirements and provide tailored solutions.
  • Coordinate with recruiting teams to ensure timely delivery of qualified IT candidates to clients.
  • Negotiate contract terms and conditions with clients.
  • Monitor client satisfaction and address any issues promptly.
  • Prepare and present regular account status reports to senior management.
  • Maintain accurate client information in CRM systems.
  • Recognize upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in relationship management within the Technology and IT industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Strong understanding of IT environments and emerging technologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Outstanding negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency with CRM / ATS and VMS platforms.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to client sites.
  • Self-motivated with excellent time management and organizational skills.
