Job Title: Process Trainer

About the Job

We are seeking a skilled Process Trainer to deliver training content to new hires, utilizing various learning platforms to enhance learner engagement, knowledge, skills, and efficiency.

As a Process Trainer, You Will

  • Deliver training sessions for associates to improve communication skills.
  • Analyze and identify knowledge gaps through collaboration with subject matter experts and stakeholders.
  • Review the quality and relevance of training content and provide recommendations for improvement/enhancement.
  • Develop and implement procedures for daily operations, client reporting systems, and performance monitoring.
  • Conduct monthly Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to identify problem areas and close knowledge gaps.
  • Administer pre- and post-training assessments to evaluate effectiveness.
  • Participate in calibration meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Create action plans for underperforming employees and provide targeted coaching to improve their skills.
  • Distribute updates to team members.
  • Manage Training/Abay programs, ensuring compliance with defined metrics and timelines.
  • Engage with clients through email and conference calls to resolve training issues and implement process changes.

Requirements:

To succeed as a Process Trainer, you must have:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • A minimum of one year of experience in process training or teaching.
  • Client-facing experience is essential.
  • Experience in Financial, Technology, Banking, or Customer Service fields is preferred.
  • Exceptional analytical skills to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • The ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
  • A positive work ethic and commitment to achieving outstanding results.
  • Experience in facilitating virtual and instructor-led training is beneficial.
  • The passion to be a role model exemplifying our company's values.
  • Possess exceptional time management, organizational, and prioritization skills.
  • Ability to analyze complex situations and draw connections between inputs and outputs.
  • Possess leadership qualities, including critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • A keen eye for detail, multitasking abilities, and strong analytical skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Spanish and English (minimum CEFR B2 level).
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office and/or Google Suite (Sheets, Slides, Docs, Drive) is required.
