**Job Overview**:
The **Primary Math Facilitator** is responsible for delivering engaging and interactive math lessons to students in primary grades, fostering critical thinking, and ensuring conceptual clarity. The facilitator will use innovative teaching methodologies to create a strong mathematical foundation for young learners.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan and deliver interactive and engaging math lessons as per the school curriculum
- Utilize hands-on activities, manipulatives, and technology to enhance learning.
- Assess and track student progress through regular assessments and reports.
- Differentiate instruction to cater to varying learning styles and abilities.
- Encourage problem-solving, logical reasoning, and analytical thinking in students.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
- Collaborate with other educators to enhance the overall learning experience.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding student progress and areas of improvement.
- Participate in professional development programs and workshops.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mathematics / Education or a related field.
- B.Ed. or equivalent teaching certification is preferred.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience teaching primary-level Mathematics.
- Strong knowledge of age-appropriate teaching strategies for young learners.
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
- Passion for teaching and the ability to make learning enjoyable.
- Familiarity with technology-based teaching tools and resources.

**Preferred Experience**:

- Experience in an international school or with CAIE curriculum.
- Training in activity-based and experiential learning methodologies.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
