**Job Title**: Pre-Primary Facilitator

**Reports To**: Pre-Primary Coordinator / Academic Coordinator / Principal

**ONLY FOR FEMALE CANDIDATE**

**Position Overview**

The Pre-Primary Facilitator is responsible for creating a warm, engaging, and developmentally appropriate learning environment for young children. This role focuses on nurturing students’ physical, emotional, social, and cognitive development through interactive activities, play-based learning, and structured routines.

**Key Responsibilities**

**1. Classroom Facilitation & Teaching**
- Plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons and activities in alignment with the school’s curriculum.
- Foster a safe, caring, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages curiosity and creativity.
- Integrate storytelling, rhymes, music, art, and play into daily learning.

**2. Student Development & Care**
- Monitor and support the holistic development of each child (physical, social, emotional, and intellectual).
- Identify learning needs and adapt teaching strategies accordingly.
- Encourage positive behavior, social skills, and values through modeling and guidance.

**3. Communication & Collaboration**
- Maintain regular communication with parents regarding student progress, behavior, and special needs.
- Collaborate with co-facilitators, coordinators, and support staff to ensure smooth classroom functioning.
- Participate in school events, celebrations, and co-curricular activities.

**4. Classroom Management**
- Organize and maintain learning materials, teaching aids, and classroom resources.
- Ensure safety and hygiene standards are met at all times.
- Supervise students during classroom activities, breaks, and dispersal.

**5. Assessment & Reporting**
- Observe, document, and assess student performance and growth.
- Prepare progress reports and maintain student portfolios.
- Share assessment feedback with parents during PTMs.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Early Childhood Education, Nursery Teacher Training (NTT), Montessori, or equivalent.
- 1-3 years of experience in a pre-primary or early years teaching role (freshers with relevant training may be considered).
- Strong communication skills in English (knowledge of local language is an advantage).
- Creative, patient, and passionate about working with young children.
- Proficiency in classroom technology and digital learning tools.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
