**Job Title**: Primary English Facilitator
**Department**: Academics - Primary Section
**Reporting To**: Primary Coordinator / Academic Head
**Location**: Attapur, Hyderabad

**Job Summary**:
The Primary English Facilitator will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective English language instruction to students from Grades 1 to 5. The role involves planning and implementing curriculum-aligned lessons, fostering a love for reading and writing, and supporting the development of communication skills in young learners.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan, prepare, and deliver English lessons in accordance with the school’s curriculum framework and learning objectives.
- Use innovative, age-appropriate pedagogical methods to make learning interactive and student-centered.
- Integrate phonics, grammar, vocabulary, reading comprehension, and creative writing into daily instruction.
- Encourage oral communication through discussions, storytelling, presentations, and role-plays.
- Regularly assess and monitor student progress through formative and summative assessments.
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate records of student progress, achievements, and feedback.
- Provide individualized support to students with varied learning needs and abilities.
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages curiosity and participation.
- Collaborate with other facilitators and coordinators to ensure interdisciplinary learning and thematic integration.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding student performance and development during PTMs and through regular updates.
- Participate in school events, workshops, training sessions, and curriculum planning meetings.
- Promote a reading culture through book clubs, library activities, reading challenges, etc.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree in English / Education (B.Ed. preferred).
- Minimum 2-4 years of relevant teaching experience in a primary school setting.
- Strong command of the English language (spoken and written).
- Familiarity with CBSE/ICSE/IB/Cambridge curriculum (as applicable).
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using digital tools for teaching and assessment.

Pay: ₹14,457.96 - ₹54,091.98 per month
