The **Primary Coordinator** is responsible for overseeing and enhancing the academic and operational functions of the primary school. This role involves curriculum planning, teacher supervision, student progress monitoring, and ensuring an engaging and productive learning environment. The coordinator will work closely with teachers, parents, and school leadership to maintain high academic standards and holistic student development.

**Key Responsibilities:Academic Leadership**:

- Implement and oversee the primary curriculum as per school guidelines.
- Ensure effective lesson planning and execution by teachers.
- Monitor and support differentiated learning strategies to meet diverse student needs.
- Conduct regular classroom observations and provide constructive feedback.
- Facilitate curriculum enrichment activities and co-curricular programs.

**Teacher Mentorship & Supervision**:

- Guide and mentor primary school teachers in instructional best practices.
- Organize professional development programs and workshops for staff.
- Assist in setting performance goals and conducting teacher evaluations.

**Student Development & Discipline**:

- Monitor student progress through assessments, observations, and feedback.
- Ensure proper implementation of behavioral and discipline policies.
- Support teachers in handling classroom behavior management effectively.
- Encourage a positive learning atmosphere and student engagement.

**Parental Engagement & Communication**:

- Maintain open communication with parents regarding student progress.
- Address parental concerns and facilitate parent-teacher meetings.
- Foster a strong school-home connection for student success.

**Administrative Responsibilities**:

- Ensure adherence to school policies and protocols.
- Assist in timetable planning and resource allocation.
- Maintain academic records and oversee report card preparation.
- Coordinate with other departments for smooth functioning of school activities.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Education or relevant field.
- Minimum **3-5 years** of teaching experience in primary education.
- Prior experience in a leadership or coordination role is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of primary curriculum and teaching methodologies.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.

**Skills Required**:

- Leadership and team management abilities.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to multitask and work collaboratively with various stakeholders.
- Proficiency in using digital tools for education and administration.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Hyderabad, Telangana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
