**Position**: Pre-Primary Coordinator
**Location**: Manneguda, Telangana
**Experience**: 5-10 Years
**Education**: B.Ed.
**Salary Range**: ₹25,001 - ₹30,000 per month

**Role Summary**:
The Pre-Primary Coordinator will oversee and manage the early childhood education program, supporting teachers and ensuring a nurturing, engaging learning environment for young children. This role includes curriculum planning, teacher guidance, and effective communication with parents to promote holistic development for pre-primary students.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Curriculum and Program Development**:

- Design and implement age-appropriate curriculum and activities.
- Evaluate and update lesson plans to promote physical, emotional, and cognitive development.
- **Teacher Supervision and Training**:

- Provide ongoing guidance and support to pre-primary teachers.
- Organize training sessions to ensure high-quality early childhood education practices.
- **Student Progress and Classroom Environment**:

- Monitor children’s development and ensure a safe, inclusive classroom environment.
- Address individual student needs and support teachers in adapting activities.
- **Parent Communication**:

- Regularly meet with parents to discuss child development and address concerns.
- Organize events and parent-teacher meetings to strengthen school-family partnerships.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s in Education (B.Ed.) with 5-10 years of experience in early childhood or primary education.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Passionate about early childhood education and child development.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

**Experience**:
