We are looking for a Pre-primary Coordinator to join our regional team of Bachpan Play school. This role requires them to work for school Academics. Starting from the Preparation of Academic Curriculum to monitoring, helping & suggesting the teachers for overall class development, academic coordinators play a vital role.

This role will also require you to be involved in the recruitment of Teaching staff in the schools. You need to supervise the academics of schools & teachers performance. Discussions with teachers regarding performance of teachers & students will be a crucial part of the job. If you find yourself suitable for this role, then check this out.

**Roles & Responsibilities**:
Observing, guiding, supervising, and assessing children while they learn in the classroom environment.

Developing lesson plans, independent learning exercises, curricula, and methods that cater to the needs of the individual child.

Creating and maintaining a safe, clean, stimulating classroom where all children feel safe and valued.

Planning for activity based learning & play way methods for children

Establishing rapport and building relationships with teachers.

Monitoring and assessing teacher progress and writing up reports.

Interviewing and assisting with the training of all new teachers.

**Qualification**:
Any Graduate & PPTC is mandatory

3+ years of work experience as a Pre-primary Incharge

Strong leadership skills coupled with excellent oral and written communication Skills.

Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to use tact, diplomacy, and mature judgment.

Strong analytical skills to devise specific action plans for schools after understanding their pain points.

Ability to work well with cross functional teams.

Patience and excellent observational, communication, and diagnostic skills.

The ability to multitask, keep calm under pressure, and treat everyone with respect.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

- Hyderabad, Telangana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
