We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Primary Coordinator to oversee the academic and co-curricular planning and implementation for Grades 1 and 2. The coordinator will lead the primary teaching team, ensure curriculum alignment with CBSE standards, and create a nurturing and effective learning environment for young learners.

**Key Responsibilities : Academic Leadership**:

- Oversee curriculum planning and execution for Grades 1 and 2 in alignment with CBSE and NEP guidelines.
- Monitor lesson plans, timetables, teaching methods, and classroom practices.
- Guide teachers in integrating innovative and age-appropriate teaching strategies.
- Coordinate regular review and updation of teaching and assessment materials.

**Teacher Mentoring & Support**:

- Provide instructional leadership and professional development to primary grade teachers.
- Facilitate teacher observations, feedback sessions, and performance reviews.
- Support new teacher onboarding, mentoring, and classroom integration.

**Student Development**:

- Monitor student progress, well-being, and academic outcomes.
- Address learning gaps through remedial programs and inclusive learning practices.
- Encourage experiential learning, life skills, and value-based education.

**Coordination & Communication**:

- Act as a liaison between teachers, parents, and school leadership.
- Conduct regular meetings with the primary team to align goals and review challenges.
- Organize and lead parent-teacher meetings, school events, and academic presentations for the primary wing.

**Administrative Duties**:

- Maintain documentation of lesson plans, assessments, and progress reports.
- Support in timetable creation, substitution tracking, and classroom resource planning.
- Ensure adherence to school policies, safety standards, and discipline norms.

**Qualifications**:

- B.Ed. (mandatory).
- Minimum 5-7 years of teaching experience in primary grades, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.

- Deep understanding of child-centric pedagogy and CBSE curriculum.
- Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to mentor, motivate, and positively influence a team of educators.
- Proficient in using digital tools for academic planning, reporting, and classroom integration.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
