**Job Summary**:
The Primary Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing and guiding the academic, co-curricular, and administrative functions of classes from Pre-Primary to Grade 3. The role requires strong leadership, curriculum knowledge, and a collaborative spirit to ensure holistic development and high-quality education aligned with CBSE standards.

**Key Responsibilities:Academic Leadership**:

- Plan, implement, and monitor the academic curriculum (as per CBSE guidelines and NEP 2020 directives).
- Coordinate lesson plans, timetables, and yearly academic calendars.
- Ensure developmentally appropriate teaching strategies across all early years and primary grades.
- Monitor implementation of activity-based and experiential learning.

**Teacher Mentorship & Support**:

- Guide, mentor, and support teachers through regular observations and feedback.
- Conduct regular training sessions, workshops, and professional development programs.
- Facilitate sharing of best practices across classrooms.

**Assessment & Evaluation**:

- Oversee formative and summative assessment processes.
- Monitor student progress and provide support plans for remedial or enrichment programs.
- Maintain student performance data and use analytics to drive improvement.

**Parental Engagement**:

- Organize and lead parent orientations, PTMs, and community-building activities.
- Act as the first point of contact for academic-related parent concerns for the segment.

**Operations & Coordination**:

- Collaborate with other departments (admin, transport, health, safety) to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Ensure classroom readiness, learning resources, and safety protocols are in place.
- Liaise with the principal and school management on academic and operational matters.

**Curriculum Development**:

- Coordinate integration of life skills, values education, and foundational literacy & numeracy goals.
- Ensure alignment with NEP goals, ECCE (Early Childhood Care & Education), and foundational learning standards.

**Requirements**:

- **Educational Qualification**: B.Ed./M.Ed. with graduation/post-graduation in a relevant field.
- **Experience**: Minimum 5 years of teaching experience and 2-3 years in a leadership/coordinator role.
- **Skills**:

- Deep understanding of child development and early education.
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with CBSE frameworks and NEP implementation strategies.
- Proficiency in using digital tools for education and coordination.

**Preferred Qualities**:

- Passion for early and primary education.
- Ability to build a nurturing, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment.
- Team player with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,914.50 - ₹50,000.00 per month
