**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create a safe, welcoming, and inclusive classroom environment for children aged 3-6 years.
- Plan and implement developmentally appropriate activities that promote physical, emotional, social, and cognitive growth.
- Foster curiosity and creativity through play-based, experiential, and theme-based learning methods.
- Develop lesson plans based on early learning goals, incorporating music, art, storytelling, and games.
- Observe and assess each child’s progress and maintain detailed records.
- Collaborate with co-teachers and parents to support each child’s learning journey.
- Ensure classroom safety, hygiene, and discipline in accordance with school policies.
- Integrate foundational numeracy and literacy in everyday classroom routines.
- Attend regular staff meetings, professional development workshops, and parent-teacher conferences.
- Support the implementation of the Foundational Stage recommendations from NEP 2020.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Diploma / Certificate in Early Childhood Care and Education (ECCE) or Nursery Teacher Training (NTT).
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in a pre-primary setting.
- Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written).
- Patience, empathy, and the ability to connect with young children.
- Familiarity with child-centered and play-based approaches to learning.
- Knowledge of child safety protocols and classroom management.

**Desirable**:

- Training or certification aligned with NEP 2020 foundational stage guidelines.
- Experience using technology and digital aids in early childhood education.
- Basic skills in art, music, dance, or storytelling.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month

Schedule:
