Key components include:

· High-traffic eCommerce websites

· Business analytics determining product selection, customer growth, and retention

· ERP software managing global operations

· Software for crawling product listings at scale

· Workflow, dashboards, and reporting processes

As a Senior Developer, you will work with team members to troubleshoot and improve current back-end applications and processes.

Responsibilities:

· Analyze data, processes, and code to troubleshoot problems and identify areas for improvement.

· Collaborate with front-end developers and other team members to establish objectives and design functional code.

· Develop ideas for new programs, products, or features by monitoring industry developments and trends.

· Record data and report it to stakeholders.

· Participate in continuing education and training to remain current on best practices.

· Lead projects as needed.

Desired Candidate Profile:

· Bachelor's/Master's degree in computer programming or a related field.

· 10-14 years of experience with primary expertise in Ruby on Rails and familiarity with JavaScript front-end technologies.

· Strong understanding of the web development cycle and programming techniques.

· Focus on efficiency, user experience, and process improvement.

· Excellent project and time management skills.

· Strong problem-solving and verbal and written communication skills.

· Ability to work independently or with a group.
