Strategic Advisory Role

The Promoter seeks a seasoned professional to assume a pivotal leadership position, shaping strategy and overseeing deal execution. This highly visible role demands a deep understanding of Investment Banking and Asset Reconstruction business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with the Promoter to drive strategic initiatives.
  • Apply knowledge of Investment Banking and capital markets to assess opportunities, risks, and deal structures.
  • Participate in daily business meetings to review developments and progress.
  • Provide regular reports on ongoing transactions, restructuring processes, and deal pipelines.
  • Advise on structuring, negotiations, and execution strategies for acquisitions, distressed asset deals, and capital market transactions.
  • Support decision-making on investment opportunities, exits, and capital raising activities.
  • Ensure effective coordination between internal teams and external stakeholders.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • 5–10 years of professional experience in Investment Banking, Asset Reconstruction, Private Equity, or Corporate Finance.
  • Proven track record in transaction execution, deal structuring, and financial advisory.
  • Strong professional network across financial institutions, investors, and regulatory authorities.
  • Prior experience working with promoters, boards, or senior stakeholders in a strategic capacity.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
