Financial Analysis Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing financial and operational data to provide meaningful insights to key business leaders. This involves working closely with global finance teams, operations, and high-level management to steer the business and monitor progress.

This role requires a strong critical thinking skills to operate in an entrepreneurial environment and adaptability to new demands. The right candidate will also have excellent written and communication skills to communicate complex information innovatively.

Responsibilities include preparing and managing data analytics on operational metrics, building and maintaining analytical models on key operating measures, and working with leadership teams to formulate medium- to long-term financial and strategic plans.

Additional responsibilities may include working with Business Unit heads to build their annual budgets and forecasts, producing models to project long-term growth, and analyzing financial and operational results to understand company performance.

Strong logical reasoning skills are necessary for navigating models and advanced Excel functions and techniques. Prior experience with Essbase is an added advantage.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce or MBA Finance
  • Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
  • Knowledge of Randstad operations and systems is an asset
