Business Development Manager

The primary objective of this position is to drive new client acquisition for our US IT staffing division.

This involves identifying, developing, and closing deals with new clients. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in expanding our market presence within the US.

This is not an account management role; rather, it focuses on business development and driving measurable growth from day one.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Acquisition & Business Growth
  • Identify and secure new Direct Clients, Tier 1 Vendors, Prime Vendors, and Implementation Partners.
  • Develop and execute strategic go-to-market plans.
  • Drive lead generation, client outreach, presentations, and direct sales efforts.
  • Establish service agreements and foster long-term relationships.

US Staffing Expertise:

  • Deep knowledge of US tax terms (C2C, W2, 1099).
  • Proven track record in successful consultant placements.
  • Ability to build and lead a high-performing sales team.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 8–10 years of proven success in US IT Staffing & Recruitment.
  • Strong existing client relationships with ability to generate immediate business.
  • Demonstrated expertise in business development, sales, and relationship building.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to independently manage the full sales cycle.
