Land Acquisition Specialist

This role is responsible for driving land sourcing in key micro-markets and contributing to strategic business growth through local market intelligence and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new land acquisition opportunities in real estate development.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with channel partners and brokers.
  • Conduct market analysis and provide strategic recommendations for business growth.
  • Manage and negotiate deals with various stakeholders.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Education: Graduate degree in any discipline.
  • Experience: 5-10 years in real estate sourcing, channel partner management, or land acquisition.

  • Negotiation and deal structuring skills.
