Job Description:

The Housekeeping Supervisor plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of the housekeeping department, delivering exceptional guest experiences and achieving hotel targets.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the effective management of the housekeeping team to maintain high standards of service delivery
  • Proactively identifying opportunities to enhance guest satisfaction and comfort
  • Collaborating with the team to achieve departmental objectives and deliver on plans and initiatives
  • Supervising staff, fostering a culture of growth, development, and performance within the department
  • Ensuring cost control, productivity, and performance levels are attained through efficient resource allocation and planning
  • Building and maintaining effective working relationships with key stakeholders, including colleagues and external partners
  • Taking ownership of departmental programs that advance service standards, profitability, and cost control
  • Ensuring adherence to all relevant legislation and best practices, performing follow-up as required
