We are seeking a highly skilled SAP HCM US Payroll professional to join our team.

This role will involve designing and configuring SAP US Payroll systems, ensuring seamless integration with SAP FI and third-party systems.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of payroll configuration from gross to net, as well as experience with BSI tax factory and tax configuration.

They will also be responsible for off-cycle payroll definition and processing, as well as post-payroll activities such as W-T configuration and payroll execution.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a dynamic environment are essential for this role.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and configure SAP US Payroll systems
  • Ensure seamless integration with SAP FI and third-party systems
  • Configure payroll from gross to net
  • Implement BSI tax factory and tax configuration
  • Define and process off-cycle payrolls
  • Perform post-payroll activities such as W-T configuration and payroll execution
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve payroll-related issues
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of payroll policies and procedures
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in payroll regulations and ensure compliance

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years IT experience
  • 3+ years design and configuration of SAP US Payroll
  • Experience in payroll configuration from gross to net (US)
  • Knowledge on BSI tax factory and tax configuration
  • Off-cycle payroll definition and processing
  • Integration with SAP FI and Third-party FI
  • PCR knowledge is an advantage
  • Post-payroll activities knowledge
  • WT configuration, Payroll execution, Schema flow, Testing
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Willing to work in US Hours Shift
