We cater to some of the largest global corporations including over 200 Fortune 1000 companies as well as mid-size enterprises that lack the IT resources to consolidate on an ERP platform but still want to automate and enhance their receivables and treasury processes.

Job Summary :

In this pivotal role, you will elevate the experience of assigned talent pools to higher levels throughout the lifecycle of employees. As a Senior Manager of People and Culture, the primary objective is to champion our organization's core values & leadership principles so they become ingrained in the DNA of our employees. Your focus will be on core HR areas like Talent Management, talent engagement & retention, performance management, Employer Branding, talent onboarding, and data analytics from a Human Resources standpoint.

You will require exceptional time management skills and the ability to deliver quality output within steep timelines while effectively managing senior stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Management, Talent Engagement, Data Analysis:

1. You will oversee the entire employee life cycle & employee experience of assigned employee groups from various departments, such as Product, Consulting, GTM.

2. To support new hires at all levels via New Hire Assimilation programs like Buddy Programs, new joiner meet & greet, and employee probation confirmation.

3. Engage top talent by conducting pulse connects, employee surveys, output-driven employee connects, rewards, and recognition.

4. Manage appraisal processes, KPIs/VGIs of respective departments, ensuring adherence to P&C guidelines around ratings, budget utilization, promotions, etc., and guarantee transparent processes with pay parity and performance-based increments.

5. Handhold people managers & leaders from an HR perspective and partner with them for providing career pathing, mentoring, coaching to their teams, enabling them to engage with their teams effectively.

6. Identify early warning signs through EEP connects and work proactively with leaders to prevent attrition & retain top talent, manage employee grievances & concerns, and resolve issues within decided TAT.

7. Conduct exit connects for outgoing employees & ensure retention of high performers with business leadership.

8. Comply with EEP playbooks & TAT, ensure high PES scores for yourself and your team.

9. Manage data analytics on various fronts (attrition forecasting, KPI analysis, etc.) and prepare dashboards for report outs. Contribute in preparing operas & playbooks around P&C processes.

10. Adopt a Win-Win-Win mindset and suggest policies that are aligned with this principle, where it benefits the company, employees, and yourself.
