Main Responsibilities:

  1. Prepare and issue invoices to customers within set deadlines.
  2. Enter invoices into customer invoicing websites and submit them by electronic data interchange.
  3. Check each field on the invoices before submission to ensure accuracy.
  4. Ensure all supporting documents and backups are attached to invoices.
  5. Timely update invoice submission status in Navision.
  6. Maintain invoice submission logs and customer invoicing process files as reference.
  7. Work closely with payroll & invoicing teams to accelerate the invoice submission process.
  8. Send out statements of accounts to customers.
  9. Reconcile self-billed cases with customer-approved timesheets.
  10. Handle invoice rejections and credit/rebills.
