Job Title: Accounts Receivable Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and proactive professional to join our team as an Accounts Receivable Specialist. This role primarily focuses on managing accounts receivable operations for international clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the entire cycle of accounts receivable, from invoicing to collection and payment processing.
  • Ensure timely receipt of payments and resolve any discrepancies or issues that may arise.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all accounts receivable transactions.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams and clients to resolve billing or payment issues.
  • Support day-to-day accounting activities, including accounts reconciliations and reporting.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or related field.
  • Proven experience in accounts receivable or a similar field.
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written) with international client handling exposure.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, Xero, MYOB, or similar).
  • Good understanding of accounting principles and AR processes.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
