Main Responsibilities:
  • Transaction Matching & Verification: You will reconcile internal systems with external sources, identify mismatches, and investigate root causes.
  • Discrepancy Investigation: Work closely with teams to resolve issues, maintain reconciliation logs, and prepare summary reports.
  • System Updates: Ensure data accuracy across platforms by updating ERP systems and documenting changes.
  • Collaboration: Partner with invoicing, credit control, and operations teams for timely resolution of open items.
  • Process Improvement: Suggest workflow enhancements, automate reporting, and contribute to streamlining processes.
  • Learning & Development: Participate in training sessions to improve understanding of reconciliation tools, financial systems, and compliance standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Experience: Up to 1 year in reconciliation, invoicing, or finance roles is preferred.
  • Educational Background: A Commerce, Finance, or Business Administration degree (B.Com, M.Com, BBA, MBA) is highly regarded.
  • Technical Proficiency: Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas, VLOOKUP, and Pivot Tables are essential.
  • Accounting Knowledge: Understanding of basic accounting principles and financial workflows is necessary.
  • Analytical & Detail Orientation: Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify and resolve discrepancies is crucial.
  • Communication Skills: Clear written and verbal communication for collaboration with internal teams and stakeholders is vital.
