Coupa Specialist Role

We are seeking a skilled Coupa specialist to provide expert support for the Coupa P2P modules. Your responsibilities will include managing user access, roles, and permissions within Coupa, as well as supporting integration between Coupa and other enterprise systems.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Servicing Coupa P2P Modules: Offer timely and effective support for requisitions, purchase orders, invoicing, supplier management, and expenses.
  • System Performance Monitoring: Monitor system performance and resolve technical and functional issues in a timely manner.
  • Collaboration with Teams: Work closely with procurement, finance, and IT teams to understand business requirements and translate them into system solutions.
  • User Access Management: Manage user access, roles, and permissions within Coupa.
  • Integration Support: Provide support for integration between Coupa and other enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, SSO, middleware).
  • Upgrade Assistance: Assist in system upgrades, testing, and deployment of new features or enhancements.
  • Documentation: Document support procedures, FAQs, and training materials for end-users.
  • Liaison Services: Liaise with Coupa support and vendors for issue resolution and product updates.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with internal controls and audit requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in application support, preferably in Coupa or other P2P systems.
  • Strong understanding of procurement and finance processes.
  • Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira).
  • Familiarity with integration tools (e.g., Dell Boomi, MuleSoft) and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Coupa certifications or training.
  • Experience with SQL, reporting tools, or data analysis.
  • Knowledge of ITIL practices.
