We are seeking a highly motivated and persuasive telecaller to convert initial conversations into qualified appointments for various services.
This role involves making quality outbound calls to prospects, pitching clearly, handling objections, and booking meetings for senior team members.
Key Responsibilities:- Making outbound calls to curated databases/lead lists; pitch clearly, handle objections, and book meetings for senior team members.
- Nurturing relationships with follow-ups via email/SMS; maintaining accurate logs and weekly reports in Excel/CRM.
- Collaborating with sales and marketing to refine scripts, ICPs, and targeting for higher appointment rates.
- Ensuring SLA-based follow-ups and calendar scheduling to minimize no-shows.
- A graduate degree with 6-24 months of experience in telecalling, lead generation, or customer support.
- Excellent English and Hindi communication skills; confident objection handling and call-to-meeting conversion.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Excel and email; CRM familiarity is an added advantage.
- The ability to work from the office (Noida) six days a week.
