We are seeking a strategic, results-driven leader to oversee and optimize day-to-day activities and long-term business planning.

Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will have a PhD in Life Science or a related discipline with 8 to 12 years of experience in R&D management, product development, laboratory operations, procurement, inventory, and vendor management.

Detailed Job Description:

This role is responsible for overseeing the overall operations of the organization, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in daily activities, and driving long-term growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement operational strategies to improve productivity and efficiency
  • Lead a team of four employees from the Operations department
  • Manage laboratory operations, including procurement, inventory, and vendor management
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve organizational goals

Requirements:

  • PhD in Life Science or related discipline
  • 8-12 years of experience in R&D management, product development, laboratory operations, procurement, inventory, and vendor management
  • Scientific writing (grants/articles) and import/export experience desirable
