Job Description

Develop business in allocated regions by identifying and initiating new opportunities, achieving overall business targets through a team of cluster heads and relationship managers.

  • Monitor and maintain business growth, focusing on reduced costs, faster processing, and increased staff productivity.

  • Identify untapped areas for revenue generation and retain existing customers through exceptional service.

  • Oversee team performance to ensure staff productivity and business growth for both RMs and field officers.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Generate revenue from new locations while maintaining continuity for higher profitability.
  2. Maintain excellent portfolio quality, control non-performing assets, and address critical issues related to delinquency and legal cases.
  3. Organize periodical meetings with credit and support verticals for smooth business operations.
