We are seeking an ambitious Business Development Manager to spearhead client acquisition in key sectors.

  • Create and execute strategies to identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities across Steel, Mining, Manufacturing, Construction, and Renewable Energy industries.
  • Bilateral relationships with clients through regular communication and exceptional turnaround times.
  • Conduct thorough market research to stay informed about trends, opportunities, and competitor insights.
  • Collaborate with recruitment teams to design bespoke talent solutions for clients.
  • Present compelling proposals, negotiate contracts, and establish strategic partnerships.
  • Maintain industry knowledge and adapt to changing talent acquisition strategies.
Essential Qualifications
  • 5-10 years of experience in Business Development or Market Expansion (Recruitment or Staffing industry preferred).
  • Strong prospecting, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Demonstrated track record of new client acquisition and business growth.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced target-driven environment.
