This is an exciting opportunity to take on a challenging role in Educational Institution Lending, where you will be responsible for driving business growth by acquiring new clients and building strong relationships with educational institutions.
About the Role- Develop a comprehensive business strategy for the Educational Institution Lending segment, identifying opportunities for expansion and improving existing processes.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with educational institutions and channel partners, ensuring long-term engagement and portfolio growth.
- Lead and motivate a high-performing sales team to consistently achieve and exceed targets, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
- A Bachelor's degree with proven sales performance, demonstrating expertise in Loan Against Property and comprehensive knowledge of lending products.
- Minimum 7 years of sales experience, preferably in Educational Institution Lending, with at least 2 years in a team management role, showcasing exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Maintain strong connections with local markets, stakeholders, and industry networks, staying up-to-date with market trends and regulatory requirements.
