
Workforce Strategy Leader

Job Summary:
We are seeking a seasoned Workforce Management Director to lead our team in developing and implementing strategic workforce management initiatives that drive efficiency and excellence. As a key member of our leadership team, you will collaborate with senior management and clients to create forward-thinking workforce plans that support business growth and scalability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and execute workforce management strategies that align with business objectives.
- Analyze historical data and trends to forecast staffing needs and ensure alignment with client requirements and service level agreements.
- Collaborate with clients and senior management to develop long-term workforce plans that drive business success.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of workforce analysts and Business Intelligence analysts.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, promoting innovation in workforce management practices and leveraging technology to automate and streamline processes.
- Evaluate and optimize labor costs while ensuring compliance with labor laws.
- Implement and maintain workforce management tools and software to enhance forecasting and scheduling processes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- A minimum of 15 years of experience in workforce management, with at least 6 years in a leadership role within a BPO environment, with a focus on workflow and staffing.
- Strong understanding of workforce management tools and software.
- Demonstrated ability to design and implement workforce management strategies that drive business results.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Strong leadership and team development skills, with experience managing a diverse workforce management team.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with clients, senior management, and cross-functional teams.
