Dayforce Workforce Management Consultant

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Dayforce Workforce Management consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of implementing workforce optimization solutions using Dayforce.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the implementation and configuration of Dayforce for volume forecasting, advanced scheduling, and workload planning.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable WFM solutions.
  • Design and implement workload planning strategies to improve labor allocation across teams and locations.
  • Provide support for testing, deployment, and post-go-live stabilization.
  • Train end-users on best practices and ongoing usage of forecasting and scheduling tools.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Proven hands-on experience in Dayforce Workforce Management with focus on forecasting, scheduling, and workload planning.
  • Strong understanding of workforce optimization in retail, healthcare, or service-based industries.
  • Ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable staffing plans.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
