Job Title: Schedule Optimization Expert

As a Schedule Optimization Expert, you will play a crucial role in streamlining our team's operations to meet business demands. Your analytical skills and attention to detail will be utilized to create and maintain efficient schedules that ensure seamless operations, employee satisfaction, and adherence to labor laws.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, optimize, and manage staff schedules in alignment with forecasted workloads, ensuring the best possible use of resources.
  • Collaborate with workforce management teams to review forecasts and adjust schedules proactively, maintaining service coverage while minimizing costs.
  • Manage schedule changes, shift swaps, and time-off requests efficiently, minimizing disruptions and ensuring continuity.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for scheduling queries, conflicts, and adjustments, providing exceptional support to your colleagues.
  • Evaluate and improve scheduling processes for greater efficiency and accuracy, leveraging data analysis and reporting skills to inform decision-making.
Requirements:
  • 2-5 years of experience in planning, forecasting, or scheduling roles within a contact center environment.
  • Strong knowledge of workforce planning, scheduling, and forecasting processes, with a solid understanding of industry trends and best practices.
  • Hands-on experience with WFM tools such as Aspect, Alvaria, JEX, NICE, Verint, or Calabrio, with proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and Excel (pivot tables, formulas).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • A strong understanding of contact center operations and performance metrics, with a keen eye for process improvement.
