Job Title: Supply Chain Optimization Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced supply chain optimization specialist to bridge the gap between business needs and technical implementation. You will engage with clients to understand their supply chain challenges and architect robust solutions using cutting-edge analytics tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with clients to gather and analyze supply chain requirements, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategic solutions.
  • Design and configure advanced analytics modules (e.g., demand planning, supply planning, S&OP, production scheduling) to optimize business outcomes.
  • Validate and test functional components to ensure alignment with business goals, utilizing data-driven insights to inform decision-making.
  • Lead solution workshops, user training, and change management initiatives to drive successful project outcomes.
  • Partner with technical teams to deliver seamless operational solutions, leveraging industry best practices to achieve exceptional results.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field, with a strong foundation in analytical techniques and problem-solving methodologies.
  • Proven expertise in S&OP, demand forecasting, production scheduling, or similar processes, with a demonstrated ability to apply theoretical concepts to real-world business challenges.
  • Familiarity with advanced analytics tools, such as OMP, and experience with data visualization techniques to communicate complex insights effectively.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with a client-focused mindset and a proven track record of driving business growth through effective collaboration.
