Supply Chain Solutions Specialist

The position of Supply Chain Solutions Specialist requires a deep understanding of supply chain planning and demand management processes. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Kinaxis Maestro/RapidResponse and be able to analyze complex business challenges to develop tailored solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with clients to identify supply chain pain points and gather detailed specifications.
  • Lead discovery sessions to understand client requirements and provide customized solutions.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive supply chain solutions leveraging Kinaxis RapidResponse.
  • Present proposals, workflows, and use case demonstrations to showcase solution capabilities.
Required Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Production, Mechanical, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Hands-on experience with Kinaxis RapidResponse, including configuration, implementation, or solution design.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain planning, demand management, and S&OP processes.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with a client-focused mindset.
