Job Overview

The GTM Manager is a strategic leadership role that drives growth and excellence in the Circle D2C business, primarily focusing on Broadband LOB. This involves planning actions and rolling out initiatives to deliver Net Adds for the circle, taking into account Gross adds & churn angle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive customer acquisition in Broadband businesses to ensure base growth
  • Drive quality of acquisition of new customers, managing base and scaring revenue
  • Lead management at the circle level with close coordination with concerned stakeholders
  • Lead the design of and execution of 'go to market' strategy for entire product portfolio
  • Drive extraction & utilization of broadband assets through innovative approach
  • Drive and direct implementation of strategies for ensuring sales force effectiveness
  • Competition tracking and pricing
  • Drive One Airtel plan for Broadband channel
