We are seeking a seasoned IT professional to assume the role of Offshore Connectivity Technician. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring seamless network connectivity and efficient Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) access for offshore teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • • Maintain high-quality network connectivity across all systems
  • • Provide robust support services for offshore teams, resolving technical issues in a timely manner
  • • Manage and optimize JAMF, AVD, and Mobile Device Management (MDM) tools and environments

The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience with Mac and Windows operating systems, as well as strong expertise in troubleshooting and performance tuning. Proficiency in Microsoft 365 suite applications, including Teams, Outlook, and Intune, is also essential. Additionally, the candidate should have a solid understanding of networking protocols, VPN technologies, and development tools such as Git Hub, Intelli J, Visual Studio, Jenkins, Maven, Gradle, Notepad++, and Open VPN.

Requirements:
  1. At least 10 years of experience in IT infrastructure or technical support roles
  2. Hands-on expertise with Mac and Windows operating systems, including setup, configuration, and troubleshooting
  3. Proven ability to manage and optimize JAMF, AVD, and MDM tools and environments
  4. Deep understanding of VDI platforms, troubleshooting, and performance tuning
  5. Strong proficiency in resolving Microsoft 365 suite issues (Teams, Outlook, Intune)
  6. Familiarity with networking protocols, VPN technologies, and internet standards
  7. Knowledge of development tools, including Git Hub, Intelli J, Visual Studio, Jenkins, Maven, Gradle, Notepad++, and Open VPN
