Job Title: Senior Network Specialist

We are seeking an experienced technical leader to join our network engineering team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in telecommunication and network engineering, with 8-12 years of hands-on experience.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Network Infrastructure: Lead network upgrade projects, replacing legacy technologies with modern solutions.
  • Technical Expertise: Apply telecom principles to create resilient network architectures, focusing on QoS, PTP synchronization, and other protection scenarios.
  • Analysis & Migration: Perform thorough analysis of existing grid networks and plan for migrating channels from legacy technologies to modern packet networks.
  • Project Management: Maintain comprehensive project documentation from preliminary design to as-built.
Required Qualifications:
  • Education: A Degree in Electrical Engineering (EE) or Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering (EXTC).
  • Experience: At least 8-12 years of experience in telecommunication or network engineering, with hands-on experience with reputable MPLS devices.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Strong knowledge of IP Networking protocols for routing and switching.
    • Experience with MPLS-TP, MPLS-IP, QoS, and PTP synchronization.
    • Familiarity with legacy technologies like TDM and SONET, as well as modern transport technologies like DWDM.
