Implementer Role: Talent Acquisition and System Configuration

In this position, you will utilize extensive experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, Recruiting Management, and Succession & Development modules to drive strategic talent acquisition, succession planning, and system configuration.

  • The role involves implementing the SAP SuccessFactors Payroll solution for clients.
  • You will configure and integrate the SF-EC-Payroll module with other SAP modules.
  • Data migration from legacy systems and ensuring seamless integration is a key responsibility.
  • Developing testing strategies and executing user acceptance testing processes is essential.
  • Collaboration with stakeholders to resolve issues and optimize system performance is crucial.
  • Maintaining certification in SAP SuccessFactors modules and staying up-to-date with industry best practices is mandatory.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Human Resources, or a related field is required.
  • 4+ years of experience in SF – Employee Central Payroll implementation is necessary.
  • At least 2+ implementations as an Implementation consultant/SAP SuccessFactors Manager are required.
  • A strong understanding of talent acquisition, Employee Central, and succession planning processes is vital.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills are essential.
  • Certification in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, Recruiting Management, and Succession & Development modules is required.
