We are seeking a seasoned SAP payroll expert to spearhead the implementation of our clients' payroll solutions. As a Senior SAP Payroll Consultant, you will be responsible for leading the analysis of business requirements and developing innovative solutions to meet client needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the analysis of business requirements for SAP payroll implementations
  • Develop and propose integrated solutions to meet client needs
  • Configure and implement the SAP payroll module to ensure seamless integration with other systems
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery
  • Coach and mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
  • Participate in business development activities, including RFPs and demos
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in functional and configuration roles for SAP payroll
  • Experience with at least 2 full life cycle implementations
  • Strong consulting and client relationship skills
  • Ability to configure, present, and discuss SAP payroll best practices and functionality
  • Experience with Canadian business legislation
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in French and/or English
  • Demonstrated leadership skills
