SAP Payroll Specialist

As a SAP Payroll Specialist, you will play a vital role in designing, building, and configuring applications to support business processes. You will act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) within SAP Payroll, Time Management, & Personnel Administration.

We are seeking an experienced SAP Payroll Specialist to join our team of professionals who drive innovation and excellence in strategy, technology consulting, and digital services. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading application design, development, and implementation, configuring schemas and rules in SAP HCM Modules, performing code reviews, and ensuring adherence to coding standards.

  • 5 years of SAP HCM Payroll experience required
  • Strong understanding of SAP HR modules and integration with Payroll necessary
  • Expertise in Payroll schema and rules configuration essential
  • Strong knowledge of SAP Payroll reporting and data analysis required
  • Familiarity with additional SAP HCM modules (Time, OM, PA) beneficial
  • Exposure to cloud-based SAP Payroll solutions (SuccessFactors) desired
  • Prior experience in multi-country payroll projects advantageous
