Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Project Coordinator to oversee the execution and installation of our wind energy projects.

  • Develop Daily Work Plans: Plan, coordinate, and execute daily site activities based on project timelines and specifications.
  • Mobilize Equipment: Mobilize cranes and heavy equipment to ensure efficient material movement and installation.
  • Oversee WTG Installation: Supervise wind turbine generator (WTG) installation activities, ensuring accurate alignment with drawings and technical specifications.
  • Assign Tasks: Assign tasks to contractors and engineers, monitoring labor, tools, and equipment utilization.
  • Conduct Site Inspections: Conduct regular site inspections to verify material readiness, safety compliance, and adherence to internal processes.
Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure Timely Completion: Ensure timely completion of internal line works and survey-based layouts.
  • Coordinate Contractor Attendance: Coordinate contractor attendance, skill card verification, and toolbox talks to maintain a safe and productive work environment.
  • Support Customer Inspections: Support customer inspections and facilitate timely sign-off of milestones.
  • Resolve Execution Queries: Resolve execution and commissioning queries through effective cross-functional coordination.

This role requires relevant experience in wind project execution and a willingness to work across various locations in India.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Wind Project Execution Experience: Proven experience in wind project execution, including planning, coordination, and supervision.
  • Lifting Tools Validation: Ability to validate the fitness of lifting tools, jigs, and fixtures to guarantee their reliability and effectiveness.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership skills to lead the establishment and operation of site repair facilities.
