Job Overview
We are seeking a talented Project Manager to join our team in Kolkata. This mid-level position requires 4 to 6 years of relevant work experience and is offered on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management skills and experience, with a knack for DMS implementation and certifications such as PMI and Prince2 (Mandatory skill).

Qualifications and Skills
Proven experience in project management, demonstrating ability to manage timelines, budgets, and quality targets effectively.
Strong stakeholder management skills to foster collaboration and maintain communication across all project members.
Risk management expertise, with the ability to identify, assess, and mitigate project risks efficiently.
Hands-on experience in DMS implementation (Mandatory skill) to streamline document management workflows.
Certified in PMI (Mandatory skill) to ensure adherence to project management best practices and standards.
Prince2 Certification (Mandatory skill), a must-have for structured project management execution and documentation.
Exceptional problem-solving skills to address project challenges and adapt to changing circumstances.
Strong leadership and team management skills to inspire and guide project teams towards achieving project goals.

Roles and Responsibilities
Lead and manage projects from initiation to closure, ensuring project scope, timeline, and budget are met.
Engage and collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives and align expectations.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including objectives, scope, deliverables, and risk management measures.
Monitor project progress, making adjustments as necessary to ensure the successful completion of project deliverables.
Facilitate regular project meetings, providing updates and reports to all stakeholders on progress and challenges.
Identify and manage project risks, develop strategies to mitigate risks and ensure project resilience.
Foster a collaborative and results-oriented project environment, encouraging team participation and innovation.
Ensure compliance with company policies and adherence to project management methodologies and guidelines.
