Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of projects within scope, budget, and timeline. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, along with proven expertise in managing cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and deliver projects according to defined timelines, scope, and budget.
  • Develop detailed project plans, including schedules, milestones, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure smooth execution.
  • Monitor and track project progress, identifying risks and implementing mitigation plans.
  • Ensure project documentation is complete, accurate, and up-to-date.
  • Facilitate regular project status meetings and provide transparent updates to stakeholders.
  • Manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.
  • Ensure quality standards are met in all deliverables.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field (PMP certification preferred).
  • Proven experience managing projects in [industry/domain].
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid).
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and multitasking skills.
  • Proficient in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Trello, Asana).
