Company DescriptionWelcome to Webbies where innovation meets excellence in web app and AI development With 11 years of trailblazing experience Webbies is a Google awarded agency in tech and design trusted by MNCs SMEs and startups across 18 countries The company specializes in A I driven solutions and has a portfolio of 650 clients including MNCs like TCS Jindal Titan and Toyota Webbies focuses on transforming ideas into technological marvels with a fearless spirit and a passion for innovation Role DescriptionWe are looking for a Senior Project Manager with hands-on experience in development specifically with React JS Next js and React Native This hybrid role requires both project management skills and technical expertise The position is full-time and based in the Greater Kolkata Area The successful candidate will oversee IT projects manage development teams and participate in hands-on coding and deployment processes Responsibilities Oversee and manage IT projects from inception to completion ensuring timelines and quality standards are met Actively participate in the development process using React JS Next js and React Native Review and approve code manage pull requests and oversee the merge and deployment processes Communicate project updates to stakeholders and coordinate with cross-functional teams Implement seamless A I solutions into various projects Mentor and guide junior developers fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation Qualifications Proven experience as a Project Manager with a strong technical background in React JS Next js and React Native Ability to review code manage pull requests and handle deployment tasks Excellent project management skills with a strong track record of delivering projects on time and within scope Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams Experience with version control systems particularly Git and familiarity with CI CD processes Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science or a related field Project Management Professional PMP certification is a plus
