Job Overview

We are seeking a talented Project Manager to join our team in Kolkata. This mid-level position requires 4 to 6 years of relevant work experience and is offered on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management skills and experience, with a knack for DMS implementation and certifications such as PMI and Prince2 (Mandatory skill).

Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience in project management, demonstrating ability to manage timelines, budgets, and quality targets effectively.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills to foster collaboration and maintain communication across all project members.
  • Risk management expertise, with the ability to identify, assess, and mitigate project risks efficiently.
  • Hands-on experience in DMS implementation (Mandatory skill) to streamline document management workflows.
  • Certified in PMI (Mandatory skill) to ensure adherence to project management best practices and standards.
  • Prince2 Certification (Mandatory skill), a must-have for structured project management execution and documentation.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills to address project challenges and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills to inspire and guide project teams towards achieving project goals.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage projects from initiation to closure, ensuring project scope, timeline, and budget are met.
  • Engage and collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives and align expectations.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including objectives, scope, deliverables, and risk management measures.
  • Monitor project progress, making adjustments as necessary to ensure the successful completion of project deliverables.
  • Facilitate regular project meetings, providing updates and reports to all stakeholders on progress and challenges.
  • Identify and manage project risks, develop strategies to mitigate risks and ensure project resilience.
  • Foster a collaborative and results-oriented project environment, encouraging team participation and innovation.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and adherence to project management methodologies and guidelines.
