We are seeking an experienced professional to lead international Business Towers. The candidate will be responsible for project management, planning, execution in line with contractual obligations, commercial & financial deliverables, ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning: Develop project plans and milestones, delivery forecasts and coordination with factories.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including marketing, sales, design, engineering, production, quality and product teams, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Project Execution: Oversee project execution, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and quality standards. Customer communication in coordination with factory execution teams.
  • Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, developing contingency plans as needed.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track project progress and adhering to contractual milestones.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to drive project success.
  • Receivables management – communicate with external stakeholders to payment collection as per contracts, claim management and reduction of overdue receivables.

Requirements:

  • Experience: years of project management experience in manufacturing industries.
  • Skills: Strong project management skills, with expertise in planning, execution, and risk management and customer communication.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Analytical: Ability to analyse data, identify trends, and inform decision-making.
  • International Experience: Experience working in international environments, with understanding of diverse markets and cultures.
  • Proven Customer Interaction and convincing skills.
  • Experience in SAP and other relevant CRM tools.
  • Open to international travels.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Project Management Background: Handling of customized product order executions.
  • Marketing Experience in Power Transmission would be an added advantage.
  • Tower Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the tower industry or similar sectors.
  • Experience in Power Transmission Industry and handling of Transmission Utilities.
