About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee and manage end-to-end project execution. The ideal candidate will blend creative design understanding with project management expertise to ensure timely, high-quality delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage interior design projects from concept to completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, and design integrity are maintained.
  • Coordinate with in-house design teams, clients, vendors, contractors, and consultants to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Prepare, track, and present project plans, schedules, and budgets using Excel and other project tracking tools.
  • Create and deliver project updates, reports, and client presentations using PowerPoint.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor progress, ensure quality, and resolve issues on-ground.
  • Manage procurement schedules and liaise with vendors for timely material delivery.
  • Maintain documentation for all phases of the project — from design sign-offs to final completion reports.
  • Ensure compliance with design standards, client specifications, and local regulations.

Key Requirements:

  • 5–10 years of proven experience in managing interior design or fit-out projects.
  • Educational background in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related discipline.
  • Strong understanding of design principles, materials, finishes, and site coordination.
  • Excellent command of MS Excel and PowerPoint – must be able to handle timelines, budgeting, and client presentations.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.

Nice to Have (Optional):

  • Experience in commercial/retail interior projects.
  • Familiarity with AutoCAD, SketchUp, or other design tools.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50, ₹70,000.00 per month
