About the Role:

We're seeking a seasoned Digital Applications Manager to lead our efforts in developing and implementing cutting-edge solutions. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, driving digital transformation and process improvements.

A Day in the Life:
  • Create comprehensive engineering workflow systems covering design, collaboration, and procurement management.
  • Design and deliver construction management solutions with real-time progress monitoring, cost tracking, and quality control.
  • Develop project management tools with schedule, progress, cost, quality, and risk monitoring.


Responsibilities:
  1. Lead the development of integrated engineering workflow systems, including authoring, design review, and collaboration.
  2. Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to finalize process and application designs.
  3. Work with development teams for API integrations, UI/UX design, and application controls.
  4. Maintain and create master data aligned with Engineering and Construction Management requirements.
  5. Prepare phase-wise implementation plans and conduct user training.


Requirements:
  • 7-10 years of overall work experience with 6 years of relevant experience in Procurement / Logistics, Services Management, and Project Management.
  • Strong understanding of procurement processes, materials management, and services management.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP MM and other applications related to Project Management.
  • Proficient in MS Office and skilled in preparing SOPs, training materials, and documentation.
