Job Title: Process Optimization Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Process Optimization Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Siemens Opcenter EXPH and SAP MES.

  • This role involves the installation, qualification, upgrade, development, and configuration of Siemens Opcenter EXPH systems.
  • The successful candidate will also support the definition of integration of various hardware and software components, troubleshoot issues, and manage re-work while testing.
  • Experience in automation, SCADA, historian, MES & related software projects over the complete project delivery lifecycle is essential.
  • Siemens Opcenter EXPH execution pharma (erstwhile SIMATIC IT eBR) expertise is required.
  • The ideal candidate will be proficient in Oracle DB, .NET, C#, VB, SQL, MS SSRS query building & reporting template design.
  • They will also support the definition of overall solution architecture (HW, SW, Network).
  • Upgradation, patching, hardware support, security, and system access; providing technical expertise in implementing upgrades and patching is a key responsibility.
  • The successful candidate will interpret recipe processes to conceptualize electronic recipe design, logical & operational workflow, data input & output, parameters.
  • Siemens Opcenter EXPH modules expertise, including User management, PI Management, PI Process, PI Review, Weighing & dispensing, XSI console, Equipment Management, Material Flow management, Weigh & Dispense, PI Assembly is required.
  • Analyze customization functions, conceptualize design and development.
  • Design recipe processes, simulate, and test.
