Job Title: Process Optimization Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Process Optimization Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in driving efficiency within production processes through time studies, elimination of non-value-added activities, and integration of tools and machinery to optimize lead times.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct detailed time studies to analyze current production processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and implement solutions to reduce lead time by adding and optimizing machinery and improving workflows.
  • Collaborate with the Industrial Engineering team to design and implement process improvements that increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and ensure best practices in production engineering.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation of process changes.
Desired Skills & Qualifications:
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience working with an Industrial Engineering (IE) team or as a Mechanical Engineer.
  • BE in Mechanical Engineering or Production Engineering.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Knowledge of production processes, tools, and machinery, with ability to understand complex systems and identify areas for improvement.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
