
International HR Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled HR professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in international HR, with a focus on labor law. They will be responsible for providing hands-on support throughout the entire employee lifecycle, ensuring that employees have a smooth, efficient, and positive experience across all HR processes.
The successful candidate will work closely with global teams to address employee queries, assist with HR administration, and help implement HR initiatives that enhance employee satisfaction and engagement. They will ensure that employees feel supported, informed, and engaged as they navigate our systems and processes in over 90 countries.
Responsibilities- Providing a high level of support to employees, being the first point of contact for any HR related queries.
- Handling complex people-related matters, including employee onboarding and offboarding, orientation, employee support, performance management, payroll, and benefits.
- Admin support, including generation of reports, employment verification letters, and HRIS administration.
- Providing a high touch local experience where required, and helping our product and operations team create systems that can scale with our company.
- 3-5 years of international HR professional experience in a high-volume and fast-paced environment with a focus on labor law.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to identify, scope, and resolve complex and sensitive HR issues.
- Data-driven, with a focus on improving response times and employee experience.
- Experience using JIRA, Zendesk, Intercom, or other ticketing tools is a plus.
